Customer 360 brings revenue and contribution context together with commercial terms and operational friction. The ELIXSA Customer Value Score is designed to explain customer value alongside Decision Readiness: whether the available evidence supports a decision.
Commercial context
Customer-specific discounts and rules; tariffs, contracts and amendments; revenue and contribution context. Payment terms and A/R are considered when supplied. External business credit is considered only when supplied from an authorized source.
Operational context
